P O L I C I E S BOOKING: •Clients must be 18 or older. Clients under 18 may be serviced only with a parent or legal guardian present and a signed consent form. •At this time, we are a women-only studio. REFUNDS: •No refunds will be given once services are performed •Fixes or touch ups are at the discretion of the Spray Tan Artist CANCELLATIONS: •24 hour notice is required for cancellations. •Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of total service price RESCHEDULING: •Each appointment includes one courtesy reschedule with proper notice. Any additional reschedule requests will be treated as a cancellation, and a fee of 50% of the service total will apply. A new appointment must then be booked to secure a new time. •In the event of heavy rain or severe weather, a one-time rain check may be granted. This rain check counts as your one courtesy reschedule. •Rescheduling may not be used to take advantage of new or additional promotions. Promotions apply only to the original booking and cannot be transferred, combined, or stacked. LATE ARRIVALS: •A 10 minute grace period is given. After 10 minutes a $10 late fee will be applied to your total. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a No-Show. NO-SHOWS: •Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the appointment will be cancelled. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and will be required to book a new appointment to be serviced. •Clients are allowed one no-show. A second no-show will result in a permanent ban from future bookings. PAYMENT: •All payments are proceesed by card or tap to pay •Deposits are required for every appointment. Your appointment is not secure until a deposit has been made. •Deposits are non-refundable and are applied towards your service. •A valid card on file is required for every client. HEALTH: •No open wounds, sunburns or skin infections •Please notify me of pregnancy, asthma or allergies GUEST + CHILDREN: •Only clients with a confirmed appointment are permitted in the studio. No additional guests or children allowed.
